How to set/Over ride TimeZone in Firefox ?
Would be nice if someone from Mozilla could build this into the browser, so users can easily change their Time Zone.
( Timezone Difference: The time zone of your browser is UTC while your request IP location timezone is different. )
Currently have privacy.resistFingerprinting on which is giving website the UTC time zone. How do I change this without disabling the setting.
Can I go into About:Config and add a new timezone?? that the Javascript request will find.

You can't change time zone that is controlled by your ISP and Windows Geo locator. What your asking is something VPN/Proxy does to change location and time with it or find Addons to do what your asking. By default you can't change this as this is O/S controlled.
That is how RFP currently works. There are several bug reports to make it possible to tune timezone spoofing and other settings affected by RFP.
- 1364261 - Make UTC Timezone Spoofing optional when privacy.resistfingerprinting = true
- 1709867 - Apply fine-grained control of the RFP Timezone Spoofing

For Example, Someone using a VPN setting the location to Germany, and then adjusting the Time Zone on the operating system to UTC+1, that would then trick the website Javascript request, from fingerprinting the original Time Zone yeah?

Keep in mind that RFP is mainly aimed at users of the TOR browser who value privacy over usability, so if you use it on release then you need to accept the disadvantages if gives with accessing webpages or (email) services that rely on local time.
Using Resist Fingerprinting in Firefox has its disadvantages as this affects the user agent, but also places you in the UTC timezone and gives you rounded screen dimensions and can give font issues with locally installed fonts and disables site specific zoom. There can also be issues on websites that use canvas to display content and issues with letterboxing pages. There are other ways like using extensions or Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection to deal with specific details you want to block or change.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/ is a support forum and Bugzilla.mozilla.org is a general issues tracker used for a variety of Mozilla related things. Nothing about Chatting in either place.
