When I go to create a new email the blue box (+New Message) it opens Identity Chooser - Mozilla Thunderbird Please select an identity to proceed: The Identity Chooser does not find one of my email accounts what can I do to include it in the list ? Are you using an addon extension called 'Identity Chooser' ? https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/identity-chooser/

In Addons and Themes > Extensions Locate the addon extension and look in its settings - TRy click on the 'spanner' icon and it should offer you ability to choose which accounts are included.

In Addons and Themes > Extensions Locate the addon extension and look in its settings - TRy click on the 'spanner' icon and it should offer you ability to choose which accounts are included.

This add-on came with the Thunder Bird update so I wasn't aware it was a add-on but I do like it so far. It's very handy to have a way to control multiple accounts.
