Still image quality good but videos are over-saturated in colour. Same videos in Chrome videos are not over-saturated. Many people have this issue but no solution in search results.

Try changing the following preference in about:config to true. You may have to restart Firefox. gfx.color_management.native_srgb

Thanks for the information. The image is improved, but still not solved the issue of 'over exposure' - but it is a lot better.
