Quando parli di "vs messaggio" stai sbagliando approccio. Thunderbird è solo un programma non un servizio. Funziona localmente sul tuo computer.

Detto questo, dal quel che scrivi il messaggio che ti appare è inviato dal server di posta a cui ti colleghi che per qualche ragione non accetta il tuo login. È qualcosa che devi segnalare a chi gestisce la tua casella email e/o l'hosting su cui si appoggia.
