Why do you makechanges then leave users with no clear information on how to use the chaged item?
You managed to change my password for accessing AMAZON to a very long password that has never worked so far for the last two months! So, I have been denied a site I use to use regularly and you still deny a human to ask for help, only your jog-related jargon!
I would hate to sue you but AMAZON may help me when they hear what you've done to me, and perhaps hundreds of other former customers.
So, help me get back to AMAZON today!

Firefox browser has nothing to do with Amazon other then the one going the website and using Amazon. You need contact Amazon support for your Amazon issues.
Not sure how you figure the Firefox web browser changed your Amazon password. But if whatever password you have is not working perhaps you can try and reset it like for example https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GH3NM2YWEFEL2CQ4

you still deny a human to ask for help, only your jog-related jargon! So you expect free one on one direct support for a free to use application that you did not pay for or by a subscription? It is generally a paid for or subscription based product (some antivirus clients for example) that may get you direct support options as you well paid for it.
Mozilla does have some subscription based products like Mozilla VPN and plus/premium versions of Firefox Relay, MDN Plus, Pocket, Monitor so you can get direct ticket support for these here as part of the subscription.

I would hate to sue youYou would likely not get anywhere with that as per 6/7 on https://www.mozilla.org/media/MPL/2.0/index.f75d2927d3c1.txt
