Why does Firefox clears cache (but not cookies!!) everytime it crashes?

more options

Hi. There is a problem with my PC's RAM, so it sometimes causes my computer to restart. Whenever computer restarts, or i close firefox process using taskmgr, when i next start firefox: tabs, history, bookmarks, cookies are there, but all disk cache and offline cache is cleared! So i can't see any websites in the history offline. In options>Privacy i have set Firefox will 'remember history'. I even set 'history.clearOnShutdown.cache' to 'false' but didn't solve! Everytime it crashes it clears all of my offline sites which are very useful to me. What can i do to stop it? Thanks in advance.
