The website was displaying fine in Firefox, and now it appears too large. Many websites are fine, but for some reason my companies website is displaying at like 200%. It's mas.org

Did you Zoom In on the site at some time and not reset it before leaving the site? Try Ctrl+0 (that's a zero) while on that page to reset the zoom level for that site. See:

You have multiple copies of some plugins that could cause you problems. To see the plugins submitted with your question, click "More system details..." to the right of your original question post. You can also see your plugins in Tools > Add-ons > Plugins

  • Adobe Reader
    • Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape (version not listed)
    • Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 8.2.3
  • Adobe Flash
    • Shockwave Flash 10.0 r45
    • Shockwave Flash 10.1 r53

See if the following are in the C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins folder:

  • nppdf32.dll (that's the Adobe Reader (PDF) plugin)
  • npswf32.dll (that's the Adobe Flash (Shockwave Flash) plugin)

Those files should not be in that plugins folder. If they are, either:

  • rename them by putting an X at the beginning of each of the file names
  • move them to a safe place on your hard drive when you can find them later
  • delete the files

Now recheck your plugins in Tools > Add-ons > Plugins to see if there is just one each of the Adobe PDF and Shockwave Flash plugins.

  1. Check your plugin versions: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
    • Note: plugin check page does not have information on all plugin versions
  2. Update Shockwave for Director
    • NOTE: this is not the same as Shockwave Flash; this installs the Shockwave Player.

        • Windows: choose the .exe file; Mac: choose the .dmg file
