Why is there a NEW WINDOW icon but no NEW TAB icon on the Customize Toolbars function?
In Firefox 4 I can customize the menu bar only with icons that are included in the customization routine. Included is a NEW WINDOW icon but no NEW TAB icon. Why?

The New Tab button appears by default on the Tab Bar as a plus sign (+). You can drag that button on another toolbar and it will become the New Tab button that you found in previous Firefox versions in the toolbar palette.
You can open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
I am using Firefox for Ubuntu 4.0.1 and the New Tab button on the tab bar (+) is not draggable. Also, when I activate "Customize" to modify the toolbars, the (+) icon disappears and is therefore also not draggable.
Please fix this. I like being able to click in the same place whenever I want a new tab rather than having to locate the end of my trail of tabs.
The + New Tab button on the tab bar should move to the right end side of the Tab bar if you open Customize. If the + button disappears then click the Restore Default Set in the customize window.
