could not retrieve quota information
I'm using Firefox 4.0.1 (didn't upgrade to 5.0 because it's not compatible with my add-ons yet) on two machines - a Mac desktop at home and one at work. The sync (bookmarks) used to work, but isn't working now. There's no error, until for example I do "view quota" under Manage Bookmarks,and it says "could not retrieve quota information". It's not synchronizing the bookmarks anymore; what do I do??

It'll be fantastic if you could provide us the log of this error. I'm unable to reproduce it and that information would be really helpful for our developers.

Hi, the instructions you pointed me to seem to be for Windows version of Firefox. Is it the same for Mac?

Hi Mike,
The instructions are exactly the same for Windows and Mac. When it says go to "about:config" it means: Type "about:config" in your address bar. You then will see a configuration page on your browser (prior to that you will need tell the browser that you'll be careful).
