FF11 Mac does not work reliably with TinyMCE nor with my company's Java apps. How do I go back to the old version?

TinyMCE windows often are blank, even though there is content in them (disabling rich text displays that content). And our Java-based company HR apps return Java server errors only from FF11, not other browsers. I want to switch back to FF10 but can see now way to do so.
