removing Babylon and babylon search engine
Was infested with Babylon so I was really ticked off wrote a nasty note to the makers of this software.. They sent me this response.. And yes I did try a number of things before I did the following
For Firefox: Write in the adress line "about:config" and enter. Confirm the message. Look for "Babylon". Right-click the entries and click "Reset".
Nothing worked till I did this.. I went tru and reset every item in the list.. and now no longer have to deal with it redirecting me. I did try removing the program from the program list, I did remove all from my registry, I did remove from my search engine list.. nothing worked until I got this information from the manufacturer of this software with a giant apology
Thank you for taking the time to write us.
Please accept my apology for any inconvenience.
