Firefox crashes
Firefox crashes an average of at least once a day. I have updated to the latest version and updated everything else I can think of. It will crash randomly when I click on links, sometimes Facebook links, sometimes links to external articles, really any new page link I click on.

Do you use McAfee Family Protection? Try updating it. This is a crash that should have been fixed with an update that was released in June, according to Bug 726114.
Thanks for the reply but I do not use McAfee Family Protection. And these crashes have been happening since I updated Firefox to the latest update in July.
Do you use any McAffee products? Have you tried a Firefox Reset? Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
I don't use any McAffee products at all. I will try the Firefox Reset though.
Did a Firefox Reset. It is still crashing.
It's crashing a lot when I play streaming video, like from NFL.com.
Endret
You can check for problems caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and possibly downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3 or disable protected mode in Flash 11.3
I downgraded to Flash 11.2 and did a Firefox reset and I've still got crash problems.
That is a problem with McAfee Family Protection

- bug 726114 - Firefox Crash @ icf.dll with McAfee driver filter
Once again, I am not using a single McAfee product. I am still having regular crashes, not limited to only video links, but (as far as I can tell) any random link I click on. It crashes on Facebook some, but also on other sites.
The Winsock LSP section of your crash reports include repeated references to an "Internet Content Filter : 2 : 0 : C:\Windows\SYSWOW64\icf.dll" and the crashing thread section of your reports show Module ICF.dll
If you don't have McAfee software, what about SafeEyes? http://www.internetsafety.com/safe-eyes-parental-control-software.php (according to this page, it also uses ICF.dll.
I don't have SafeEyes but I do have x3Watch Pro, which is a similar program. I will disable it and see if I continue having problems. Thank you.
I did a google search and found this page which says that ICF.dll is a process from X3Watch PRO Dynamic Link Library by InternetSafety.com, Inc. and part of X3Watch PRO.
Let us know if disabling X3Watch PRO resolves the problem. You may want to see if there are any updates to the program that may help or settings you can change to work around the problem, if you want to continue using it. I would contact X3Watch support.
I contacted their support and they said it is a known problem that they are working to fix. For now I have to use another browser but thanks for all the help.
