Why is text appearing faded/worn away on every website?

more options

On every website, occasionally the text, no matter what font or what size, will appear faded, parts of the letters will drop, parts of it will condense and it appears very hard to read, which is automatically fixed by scrolling down. However, it'll happen again and again and it's becoming frustrating, as it's very hard to read text like this. This does not happen on other browsers I have tried.
