Hello,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.
Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!
Thank you.
All or atleast the ones i checked are EMPTY crashes, so there is no Information provided on the crashes. You can try and see if its a addon or hardware acceleration. If that does not work you may need to try the reset or a new profile.
ADDON/HARDWARE ACCELERATION: Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems
RESET: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
PROFILES: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
