Не могу отправить письмо ни с одного почтового ящика
Здравствуйте. Я не могу отправить ни одно сообщение ни с одного ящика, выдаёт ошибку всегда: Ошибка отправки сообщения Ошибка отправления сообщения. Сообщение не может быть отправлено, так как не удалось установить соединение с Сервером исходящей почты (SMTP) «smtp.mail.ru". Сервер может быть недоступен или - SMTP. Убедитесь, что указали корректные параметры Сервера исходящей почты (SMTP) и попробуйте снова.

В общем я выяснил что блокирует отправку сообщений мой интернет. Что мне делать? Какие-то порты открыть надо, или как?

You may have to allow TB through your firewall, but most cases of blocked sending are caused by security or antivirus programs that are set to scan outgoing mail.
Я просто взял свой компьютер и подключил его к другой сети интернет, и все заработало, не антивирус, не брандмауэр не блокируют исходящие сообщения. Это именно интернет, так что в нем проблема

Maybe the other network doesn't support ipV6. Edit/Preferences/Advanced/General/Config. editor and double-click the preference network.dns.disableIPv6 to true, restart TB, and see if it makes any difference.
