Why can't I "Quit" the app?

more options

I've set the settings so as to erase private data on exit, thus adding a "Quit" option on the browser menu. When I tap on it, though, nothing happens. I get the bottom of the screen notification that my private data is being erased but the app doesn't actually close. It used to... what happened?

Soluție aleasă

I only have my clear private data set to clear cache and that seems to happen pretty quickly. Perhaps there is a glitch with one of the categories of data. If you don't get any better suggestions, you might try changing the checkboxes and see whether you can identify one type of data halting the clear-quit process. (Or maybe just playing with the settings will straighten it out?)
