i have tried to get rid of the extension TubeDimmer..i reset firefox ad restored my computer to an earlier day..i have removed it 3 times in firefox..what now?

i have a extension that i cant seem to remove it is called Tube Dimmer 2.6.47 ive tried removing 4 times from firefox..ive restored my computer..i have ran malwarebytes..i have removed with CCleaner...it keeps coming back.
