I work at a school and in only 1 of the classrooms Firefox is presenting a crash report whenever anyone attempts to open it. It then does not start at all. This is occurring on 2 of the 5 computers in the room, regardless of who is logged into the machine.

I have attempted to open in safe mode which results in the same error, as well as uninstalling FIrefox and then installing the latest version as well as version 25.0

Please help as Firefox is the preferred option in this classroom.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the Report ID of recent crash reports on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page (about:support).

  • Click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.

If necessary then you can open about: pages via the location/address bar.
