When I try to attach a file to an email created in my BT Internet Account, accessed using Firefox, the processing wheel just goes round and round without getting anywhere. If I use a different browser files attach fine

Please update to the latest version of Firefox and Flash: 35 and 16. Update Firefox to the latest release This might be where you are running into compatibility issues.
