Renew feature in Chrigs list is not showing up on my account

Chrigs list suggests that it my be an add on or a browser preference problem. I don't know how to check for this. I have an account with Chrigs list and on my real estate listing in the column listed manage account it should give me the option of "delete, edit, or renew" it only gives me "delete or edit"

Hi Connie, I assumed this was craigslist and tested, however on the profile settings these were not the listed options in the profile.
