FF sync says Unknown account and i can`t log in or restore the password. redhead@mail.ru

Hello. My ex bf stole my FF sync password, got into it, stole all other passwords saved in the browser. I also started to receive messages that I can`t sync on my laptop anymore. First I tried to log in, it wouldn`t log me in. Then I clicked "Forgot my passport" and it said that there were too many requests to restore it, so it didn`t let me do that too. Now it just says "Unknown account". Could you please help me to restore my acc and change the password. Thank you. Olya

hi OlyaT, I cannot restore the account for you, however I can recommend to delete the account and create a new one with a new password and to change all the passwords that were stored.
