I am tires of the numerous crashes within Firefox. And you may think that a costumer forum solves your issues, but they make me angry. They take time to access, rarely answer the question on the problem, and who knows who actually sees them. As a consumer who has been relying on Firefox in my work environment due to external software compatibilities, I am very, very dissatisfied with this product. I wish you would take the time to fix it for real.

Although there are may features that I truly like in Firefox, other products are much more dependable.
