PLEASE, just tell me how to get your 'logo/advertising..off of my email site on my computer? Everytime I try to fix the problem, there is ...no answer! Is there anybody working there, and if you are working, can you fix problem, or do I have to become a PC "genius",when I am now 70 years old?? Cheers

Thunderbird contains no advertising I really fail to understand what your asking about please provide us with a screenshot so we know what your talking about. If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.
