Can not access Firefox to use as my browser
Although I'm connected internet - I can not access Mozilla firefox. Which I have been using forever . When i click on the Mozilla firefox tab the little circle says waiting for a sec then goes back to the same screen . It will not open

Well there will be several reasons of it. So it will better if you follow this KB step by step. Hopefully it will work.
