We have 2 computers with Mozilla. My wife uses my email address but her own name. Every few weeks, Mozilla refuses to open on my wife's computer and instead my wife is being asked "Would you like a new email address?" She does not, and then has to go through the configuration of Mozilla and the download of all messages and folders, which is time-consuming. So far, this has never happened on the other computer (touch wood). What is the point of this and how can it be avoided? Thank you, Tenthline
