I have seen several other posts for this problem but the user and the answers all refer to firefox for desktop and not firefox for android.

So, simply I can't use firefox on my mobile because it gives me this message each time adn i cannot access the web on my phone. I have never made any settings to firefox on my mobile so I don't know how this problem could have occurred.

Firefox is also incredibly sluggish just to get to this message.

I have android version 4.0.4.

Does this happen only when you are connected to a specific internet provider? For example does this happen on home or work WiFi or on your phone company's mobile data connection?

I only use my phone through my home ISP via wifi. I don't work and I don't have a cellphone contract/sim card, etc.
