My RAM is 512mb . What should I do to stop this problem ?

512mb of RAM is really small by today's standards. About how to stop this problem, this question relates more to the Android system than Firefox. In any case, I do not think you can do something with browser itself, to solve your problem. Except that to use it more sparingly, e.g. use as little as possible number of tabs. As for the Android, then there are two ways. (I'm not an expert in Android, so maybe someone could give more advices, how to increase available amount of RAM, or restrict the system to killing some apps) 1. Clean up the system from unused apps (they not only take up space, but many of them also can run automaticaly as a service and eat RAM). To uninstall some apps and services, which preinstalled by manufacturer, you will need root privileges. 2. Try to raise the priority of Firefox process. I've heard of some apps, that can change process priority. AutoOOMmanager for example. But I've not used any of them. Anyway, all such applications require root priveleges. More radical way is to install custom Adroid build, specially optimized by RAM. So that you can take more free RAM.

How much RAM do you have? Sometimes android kills the application due to lack of memory.
