How to open thunderbird add on "Duplicate Contact Manager" since there is no icon or menu entry for it.

I downloaded and installed the "Duplicate Contact Manager" for Thunderbird and restarted Thunderbird. I have spent thirty minutes trying to find "Duplicate Contact Manager" in Thunderbird. There is no icon anywhere for it. It is not listed in any Thunderbird menu, neither the main menu not the Contact menu. Evidently I am the only person in the world with this problem as no one else has a problem using the add on. What gives?

That was an excellent suggestion. Turns out the developers are evidently uncontactable. My solution was to delete the POS add on.
