Can no longer sign in to Amazon.com account in FF, and can't reset my password. Chrome works fine. How do I fix?

Hi,

After logging out of my account on Amazon today I went to log in again and couldn't. I tried resetting my password multiple times, only to get stuck in a loop of endless captchas. I called customer service twice and tried restarting my computer. I was told by customer service to contact FF since I could log in with no difficulty in Chrome.

Any ideas how to fix?

Suggest you go and delete any cookies from Amazon by going to FF Menu Tools: then Options : then Privacy left menu , then Remove Individual Cookies Remove your Amazom.com cookies and anything else you do not want tracking you. Close and restart FF and try your login again. Note: If you are using any add-ons/programs that block cookies you need to allow them for Amazon.com
