What happened to complete page refresh after last Update?
"Reload current page" does not reload current page?

It could be the work of one of your add-ons. Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac=<Command>)<Shift> A)
In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Disable a few add-ons, then Restart Firefox.
Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
If the problem continues, disable some more (restarting FF). Continue until the problem is gone. After, you know what group is causing the issue. Re-enable the last group ONE AT A TIME (restarting FF) until the problem returns.
Once you think you found the problem, disable that and re-enable all the others, then restart again. Let us know who the suspect is detective.

Doesn't the Refresh button on the Navigation Toolbar (location bar) change to a Stop button when you click it?
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
Refresh button on the Navigation Toolbar (location bar) does not change to a Stop button. Followed all the steps to "Safe Mode" where the "Reload Current Page" button worked fine. Disabled hardware acceleration. Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. What to do?

Thanks FredMcd, your suggestion worked. I still don't know which "plug-in" is the culprit but there aren't many so I will find out in awhile. Thanks
