Hello. My wife uses Mozilla Firefox, and BT Yahoo for email on her laptop (Windows 8.1) and PC (Windows XP). Until recently when writing an email she’d just key in the first letter of the addressee and a range of names from Contacts starting with that letter would automatically pop up, from which she would choose the right one. But for the past few days, this hasn’t happened – she has to key in the whole address. This occurs on her laptop and her PC. My laptop isn’t affected; I too use BT Yahoo email but my OS is IE. Can anyone tell me how to rectify this, please?
