Sorry, Firefox does not do that... After you make your selection, you can "blind" print by pressing Ctrl+p to call up the Print dialog. You also could consider using an add-on like the Print Edit extension to make your selection on the Print Preview page itself: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/print-edit/ A method I have used in the past is to remove or hide the parts of a page I don't want to edit before calling up print preview.
