Reply to the first email message. This will be in a new Write window. Drag and drop the attachment from the first message onto the reply. You can drag and drop any file or email message to send it as an attachment; just drop it into the addressing box.
An alternative would be to forward the first message, but then you'll have to manually enter all the addresses.
