Everytime I open a form in firefox, it wants to download the form to a file for me to save rather than just open the file in a pdf form or other applicable application. How can I change this? It is very frustrating. Thanks ~Mike

Hi

I should be able to help you with that.

  1. In Firefox, type about:preferences#applications into the address bar.
  2. Find Portable Document Format (PDF) in the list and set the option next to it to Preview in Firefox.

This will mean that when you open a pdf file on the web, it will open and be read in Firefox. You can then have the choice to save and print the file as required.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
