I have went over and over different instructions of yours but I still cannot play the games I like especially Zynga Poker Without the game crashing. You have been my favourite browser but this has been happening everytime since you have changed the plug-in situation Please help me ? I don't want to change my browser soi I can play my games

Is it the game crashing, or the browser?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I started in safe mode and of course the game crashed. By the time I went back to you your letter was gone. so here are some more of what happens. I open Up firefox sign in go to my game try to play it and within a couple of minutes it is gone crashed. any other games are the same on firefox but on another browser it works fine. I have played on safe mode, played onrefresh ,played so many different ways by disableing adobe by workin on the hardware almost every way i9 could think of and it still does not work so what am i going to do now?
