Mësoni Më Tepër

I've tried all of the support options and they don't help. The message that my profile is missing comes up. If someone knows how to do this step by step, help!

I recently got a new computer, with a SSD for the C: Drive, and a regular HD for the D:. I want my mozilla files to be on the D:. So, I had it set up that way, but something happened with my computer. Did a fresh install of Windows 10, AND redownloaded Thunderbird, but now the profile issue comes up. I can't open Mozilla at all, and I've tried all of the support options on here.

Please help. Thanks
