Hi

I have not used Norton in a while, but it was normally an option that you selected when you install the Norton software.

One thing to bear in mind is that we have recently changed the way that Firefox handles add-ons (like that toolbar) and it may be the case that Symantec (the people that make Norton) have not updated their software in line with this just yet.
