After the latest upgrade, Bookmarks feature no longer works like it used to. It doesn't show me folders. It takes me longer to search than to just type the URL.

Are you using the "Library" button that looks like a few books on a shelf: 
There is a "real" bookmarks menu button for the toolbar. You can add it from Customize, or use the "Library" button as described in the article linked below:
