All of a sudden, I stopped getting any spam including some messages which are not spam

Due to problems unrelated to spam, I uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird (beta). The "non beta" version does not work at all.

My normal 25-30 daily spam emails no longer arrive including some that are not spam that I wish to see.

How so?

It works for many thousands of people, so why not for you? Given that the "beta" (which one?) is also apparently not working, it would make sense, to me at least, to put you on the mainstream release version.

Thunderbird worked fine until 3 days ago. At the time, Thunderbird was unable to send my emails (a problem common to thousands as I discovered). I then uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird.

With reinstallation, Thunderbird "froze" and did not function.

I am getting the "spam" emails on my phone but not on my Windows 10 computer. As I said, some of the spam is not spam, and I want to see it.

The beta is working fine except for not receiving spam.
