trying to get Mozilla Firefox as default browser. I don't know what user name and password that I have if any to use. I sent my e-mail address but I didn't receive your message.

Hi LomaKumpeMartin, you do not need to log on to Firefox to use it for web browsing. You only need to create and log into a Firefox Account to use optional services like Sync. More info: Access Mozilla Services with a Firefox Account.
Oddly, your Firefox reported itself to be version 39, which is a few years old now. Do you think that information is correct?? These are the supported versions of Firefox:
- Current stable release: Firefox 58 (Installers)
- Extended Support Release of Firefox 52 (see: Switch to Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) for personal use)
