Mac dock disappears when viewing video in full screen mode

Hi Guys,

When I'm viewing a video in full screen mode on a secondary display, my dock disappears from my main display along with the mac topmenu.

This happens in Firefox 59 and Nightly.

Is that not what it is suppose to do in full screen mode. Then mouse to top of middle of screen and a drop down appears to leave full screen mode...
