Brightcove cc captions no longer appear on v62. Why not?

Acorn TV use the Brightcove video player on their website. On Windows 7 and using Firefox Quantum v62 the captions will no longer appear whereas removing v62 and installing 61.0.2. (64 bit) will bring them back.

You have a bug in v62 that is preventing captions showing on v62. Please fix it.

How rude to somebody who's trying to help ..... Do you expect people to be clairvoyant and know what "you've already
