When I create a bookmark on my PC it appears on my iphone and ipad, If I delete it from ipad or iphone it is deleted from PC. I don't want this.

This is working as intended as Firefox is syncing your bookmarks between the devices based on your sign in profile.

You can create separate profiles on your ipad and ios if you want to keep their bookmarks separate, but you won't be able to bookmark things on your computer then look at the bookmark on your ipad and ios in that case.

You can also disable syncing on specific devices by following the instructions here
