spectrum will not give me the settings such as port numbers, ingoing/outgoing servers, etc. spectrum hid behind the weak excuse that they don't provide support to third party products. hey i know how to use thunderbird, just need the settings. i tried using the auto configure, but it did not work: "configuration could not be verified--is username or password wrong?". get same issue if i use manual configuration. both are typed in correctly. does anyone know what the settings are? thanks.

Try these settings: mobile.charter.net on port 993 (IMAP), SSL/TLS security, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address.

The outgoing is a bit unusual: mobile.charter.net on port 587 (SMTP), SSL/TLS security, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address.
