Hi,

This morning Thunderbird looks like the attached image.

Apparently all accounts are OK, I simply cannot access either the folder or the messages - when I open Thunderbird it does download the images and seems to apply the folders rules.

I tried to create a new profile, copied the mail folder and prefs.js into it. I edited prefs.js accordingly (to update de new profile folder), but problem persists.

Please advise.

SOLVED... kinda...

I downgraded Thunderbird to 52.7.0 (64-bit) and is working ok again :(

UPDATE: Thunderbird version is 68.7.0 (64-bit) OS: Kubuntu 18.04

UPDATE:

I was able to use Thunderbird version 60.6.1 (32-bit) on Windows with that same profile, and seemed to work ok.

But in the meanwhile, Thunderbird updated to 68.6.0... and the same problem is hapening on windows too!
