I do not know whether this is Firefox or Facebook so I am covering all angles. The Facebook bar no longer is locked in place so when I scroll down then it scrolls up and off screen. How can I lock it in place?

Hello ROBINASTRA,

i loaded up facebook on multiple browsers and for me too it would scroll with the page instead of sticking to the top of the screen hence it seems this is the case from facebook's styling
