A. The auto update for Firefox on android on my phone started August 27, 2020 at approx. 10pm. It is now 3:55pm august 28th and it is still processing. How do I make it complete or stop and revert to previous used version.

B. The auto update for Firefox on android on my wife's completed sometime 11pm August 27, 2020 and 6am August 28th. All of her information such as bookmarks, frequently visited, history, passwords, settings, etc. have disappeared. How does she have all her auto deleted info. retrieved and installed on this latest Firefox updated version?
