how do I move correct email out to top
When I added my yahoo account I did it wrong the first time? Then I did correctly, but the first way is list first. I need the correct way listed first. Right now, I move to move the curser down to the correct one.
How do I move the last one to top?

Why don't you delete the incorrectly added account?
How do I delete? Will it move the 3rd account to the top since there is on in the middle?

Currently, whatever mail account you set as default will be placed at the top of the list in the Account Settings window and also at the top in the 'Folder Pane'.
In 'Account Settings' select name of mail account you want to be default. Click on 'Account Actions' Select 'Set as Default' Click on Ok (if using 68*) see image.
