Hmm. I didn't have a problem using my iPad. Of course, I can't get to most of the presentations since they require registration and payment. I noticed there's a speaker icon at the bottom of the video screen. If this has a line through it, the auidio is turned off. Click or tap on the icon to turn sound on. If this doesn't work, you may need to contact the folks that produce the site.
