Good Evening I am sorry you are having these issues. Here is a link to the instructions for doing a refresh. I think this should be a good place to start. Please let me know me know if this does not work and we will proceed to the next set of solutions. Have a Great Night.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
